1. Digital Content & Subscriptions

All purchases of digital study materials, mock test series, and ad-free premium access are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Due to the immediate provisioning nature of digital goods, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once access is activated.

2. Technical Issues and Failed Transactions

If an amount is debited from your bank account or payment method, but the premium feature or service fails to activate due to a technical error, please contact our support team. We will verify the transaction with our payment gateway partners and resolve the issue within 24 to 48 business hours by either provisioning the service or issuing a full refund.

3. Duplicate Payments

In the event of accidental multiple debits for the same transaction, the duplicate payment will be refunded in full.

4. Refund Process & Settlement Timeline

To request a refund or report a billing dispute, email us at mail.pragatisetu@gmail.com with your registered account details, Order ID, and transaction reference/screenshot.

Once verified and approved, refunds are credited back to the original payment source (bank account, card, or UPI) within 5 to 7 working business days, subject to standard banking processing timelines.
